Heather Hardwick has over 20 years of hands-on operational and personnel experience in the construction industry. After starting her career with Pella Windows & Doors in Colorado she transferred to Overland Park, Kansas and Cincinnati, Ohio to manage customer service for Contech Engineered Solutions. When Heather joined Inventure Civil in 2011 she ran the company’s operations efforts before moving to a strategic role as Director of People Operations in 2014.

In her current capacity, Heather is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the next generation of talent for the company. As one of the earliest employees of the company, Heather understands and defends the company culture as our teams continue to grow.

Inventure Civil Leadership
